BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 278

CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING WHICH STANDS ON A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED AT LOT 13, BRADCO AVENUE, ASEANA BUSINESS PARK, PARANAQUE CITY, AS AN INFORMATION

TECHNOLOGY (IT) CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT (RA) 7916, AS AMENDED BY RA 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under RA 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by RA 8748 and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), |, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate as an IT Center, subject to the provisions of RA 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00- 411 (s. 2000) and Resolution No. 11-003 (S. 2011) of the PEZA Board of Directors, the Aseana One which stands on a parcel of land of the private domain identified as Lot 13, located at Bradco Avenue, Aseana Business Park, Parafiaque City, with an area of Ten Thousand (10,000) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

Lot 13 TCT No. 136258 Pcs-00-006507

A parcel of land (Lot 13 of the consolidation subdivision plan, Pcs-00-006507, being a portion of Lot 8, Ocs-00-006191 and Lot 4, RL-13-000008), situated in the Barangay of Tambo, Parafiaque City, Metro Manila, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the NW., along line 1-2 by Lot 8; on the NE., along line 2-3 by Lot 17;

on the SE., along line 3-4 by Lot 14; and on the SW., along line 4-1 by Lot 10, all of the consolidation subdivision plan.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on the plan, being S. 2 deg. 59’ W., 1692.93 m. from BLLM No. 11 (Swo-41755), Pasay City, thence:

N. 83 deg. 45° E., 98.77 m._ to point 2; S. 06 deg. 15° E,, 101.25 m. to point 3; S. 83 deg. 45° W,, 98.77 m._ to point 4;
