DECLARING TUESDAY, 22 AUGUST 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LILOY, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, on Tuesday, 22 August 2017, the Municipality of Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte, marks the celebration of its 66" Foundation Day; and

WHEREAS. tt ts but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 22 August 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte.
