PROCLAMATION NO. 279

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 16 AUGUST 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TUGUEGARAO, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN

WHEREAS, on 16 August 2023, Wednesday, the City of Tuguegarao, Province of Cagayan will mark the celebration of the Pavvurulun Afi Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tuguegarao be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 16 August 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Tuguegarao, Province of Cagayan.
