DECLARING FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 17, 2010 AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LOS BANOS, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, Friday, September 17, 2010, marks the 395" Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Los Bafios, Province of Laguna;

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the Municipality of Los Bafos, Laguna, the opportunity to participate and celebrate the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare September 17, 2010 as special non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Friday, September 17, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Los Bafios, Province of Laguna.
