DECLARING THURSDAY, 15 SEPTEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BULACAN

WHEREAS, Thursday, 15 September 2016, marks the celebration of the 118" anniversary of the inauguration of the Malolos Congress in the

Province of Bulacan,

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Bulacan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion

with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO R. DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 15 September 2016, as a special (non-working) day in'the Province of Bulacan. ;
