PROCLAMATION NO. 28

DECLARING FRIDAY, 19 AUGUST 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ANGONO, PROVINCE OF RIZAL

WHEREAS, on 19 August 2022, Friday, the Municipality of Angono, Province of Rizal, will mark the signing of its independence as a municipality from the municipality of Binangonan, Rizal;

WHEREAS it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Angono be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, VICTOR D. RODRIGUEZ, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 19 August 2022, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Angono, Province of Rizal.
