BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 280

DECLARING FRIDAY, JULY 1, 1988, AS A SPECIAL HOLIDAY IN ~ THE GITY OF TAGBILARAN.

WHEREAS, Friday, July 1, 1988, marks the foundation anniversary of the City of Tagbilaran; and

WHEREAS, the residents of the City of Tagbilaran desire to commemorate with fitting ceremonies this milestone in their city's: }, history;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the power vested in me by law, do hereby declare Friday, July 1, 1988, as a special holiday in the 2 EMR City of Tagbilaran. i
