BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 280

DECLARING THURSDAY, 10 NOVEMBER 2011, AS A SPECIAL (NON-

WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DINAS, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Dinas, Zamboanga del Sur marks the

commemoration of its 618 Foundation Day anniversary on November 7 to 9, 2011;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the Municipality of Dinas, Zamboanga del Sur participate in the occasion, the Sangguniang Bayan requested that 10 November 2011 be declared as a special (non-working) day.

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Dinas, Zamboanga del Sur be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare

Thursday, 10 November 2011, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Dinas, Zamboanga del Sur.
