BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.280

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 30 AUGUST 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ISULAN, PROVINCE OF SULTAN

KUDARAT

WHEREAS. the Municipality of Isulan, Province of Sultan Kudarat marks its 60" Foundation Day and the 6” Hamungaya Festival on Wednesday, 30 August 2017, and

WHEREAS. it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of isulan, Sultan Kudarat, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday. 30 August 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Isulan, Province of Sultan Kudarat.
