PROCLAMATION NO. 280

DECLARING FRIDAY, 18 AUGUST 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SOLANA, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN

WHEREAS, on 18 August 2023, Friday, the Municipality of Solana, Province of Cagayan will mark the celebration of its 172"4 Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Solana be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 18 August 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Solana, Province of Cagayan.
