BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 281

DECLARING TUESDAY, 22 NOVEMBER 2011, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF SULTAN KUDARAT

WHEREAS, Tuesday, 22 November 2011, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of Sultan Kudarat;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Sultan Kudarat be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Tuesday, 22 November 2011, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Sultan Kudarat.
