DECLARING FRIDAY, 04 AUGUST 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYOMBONG, PROVINCE OF NUEVA

VIZCAYA

WHEREAS, on Friday, 04 August 2017, the Municipality of Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya marks the celebration of the 1° Bayongyong Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 04 August 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bayombong, Province of Nueva Vizcaya.
