PROCLAMATION NO. 282

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITES PURPOSES CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE DISTRICT OF SFEAy ANA, CITY OF DAVAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, 1, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school sites purposes of the Manuel L. Quezon, Jose P. Rizal and Sta. Ana Central Elementary Schools under the administration of the Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcels of land of the public domain situated in the District of Sta. Ana, City of Davao, Island of Mindanao, which are more particularly described as follows:
