P1FJ) 7S-~ MALACANANG Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.282 AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 1939, DATED JANUARY 22, 1980, WHICH ESTABLISHED CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN FRANCISCO, PROVINCE OF AGUSAN DEL SUR, AS NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT COMPANY (NDC) RESERVATION FOR AGRICULTURAL PLANTATION Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 1939, dated January 22, 1980, which established the National Development Company (NDC) reservation for agricultural plantation, by excludingtherefrom, certain areas for Community Forest- Management Project and Mt. Magdiwata Watershed and establishing these areas as Community Forest Management Project and Mt. Magdiwata Watershed Forest Reserves, respectively.
