BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 283

AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 364, DATED NOVEMBER 5, 1956, WHICH REVOKED PROCLAMATION NO. 89, DATED SEPTEMBER 22, 1936, BY EXCLUDING . CERTAIN PARCZLS OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MALAYBALAY, PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON, AND DECLARING THE SAME AND AN ADDITIONAL AREA OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN AS THE CINCHON FOREST RESERVE FOR REFORESTATION AND EXPERIMENTAL PLANTATION PURPOSES.

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources end by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C, AGUINO, President of the Philippines, Go hereby exclude certain parcels of land (548 hectares, more or less) from, the operation of Proclamation No. 364, dated November 5, 1956, which revoked Proclemation No. 89, dated September 22, 1936, and declare these parcels of land as the Cinchona Forest Reserve for reforestetion and cinchona-plen- tation purposes, together with e portion of the public domain, subject to privete rights, if any there be, situated in the lhunicipeality of Malaybalav, Province of Bukidnon, described in the Bureau of Forest Development man, F.R. - 69 (/md.)el, to wits
