otherwise known as the “Special Economic Zone Act of 1995,” as amen No 8748. and upon the cacomnmendason of the Board of Directors of the chile ye Economic Zone Authonty (PEZA), 1, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President 0 ne Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a buiiding, subject to provisions of RA No 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and pagar Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 20 ) and 15-240 (s 2015), and Resolution No. 15-519 (s 2015) of the PEZA Board o Directors. as an Information Technology Center to be known as Menarco Tower, with a gross floor area of Forty-Seven Thousand One Hundred Sixty-Five and 32/100 Square Meters (47,165.32 m?), which stands on a parcel of land, located at Lot 8. Biock 5, 32 Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, with an area of One Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety Square Meters (1,790 m?), more or less, as
