WHEREAS, Friday, 01 September 2017, marks th 7 i the Province of Bukidnon; and ~~ oo

WHE EAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Bukidnon, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 01 September 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Bukidnon.
