PROCLAMATION NO. 287

DECLARING THE FOURTH WEEK OF SEPTEMBER OF EVERY YEAR AS "LAW AND JUSTICE WEEK".

et WHEREAS, the Department of Justice will be celebrating its 90th anniversary on September 26, 1988; and

WHEREAS, the occasion will serve as a fitting reaffirma- tion and reminder of the Government's commitment to secure a regime of law and justice for our people;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare the fourth week of September of every year as "Law and Justice Week" under the auspices of the Department of Justice.
