BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 287;

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 7 DECEMBER 2011, AS A SPECIAL (NON-

WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF VIRAC, PROVINCE OF CATANDUANES

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Virac, Catanduanes marks the celebration of the “Kaaldawan nin Virac” on Wednesday, 7 December 2011;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Virac, Catanduanes be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, . THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Wednesday, 7 December 2011, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Virac, Catanduanes.
