BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 287

DECLARING FRIDAY, 18 AUGUST 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF KIDAPAWAN, PROVINCE OF COTABATO

WHEREAS, the City of Kidapawan marks the celebration of its 70” Foundation Day on Friday, 18 August 2017; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Kidapawan, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, 1, MENARDO |. GUEVARRA, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 18 August 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Kidapawan.
