Proclamation No. 288, s. 1967 - Signed on October 12, 1967: Excluding from the operation of Proclamation No. 516 dated March 1, 1940 which established the provincial hospital reservation situated in the municipality of Ilagan, province of Isabela, island of Luzon, a portion of the land embraced therein and reserving the said portion, together with an adjacent parcel of land of the public domain situated in the same municipality, for building site purposes of the Philippine National Bank.
