MALACANANt MANIL~ mfN 7 (p 7 PROCLAMATION NO. 288 DECLARING THE PERIOD FROM 8 TO 14 NOVEMBER 1993 AS "NATIONAL HOG RAISERS WEEK" WHEREAS, the National Hog Raisers Group, Inc. (NHGI) is the biggest umbrella organization of hog raisers, counting among its members swine associations in Luzon, visayas and Mindanao and backyard hog raisers from allover the country; WHEREAS, all hog raisers nationwide will converge in Cebu City for the 3rd National Hog Raisers Convention to be held from 11 to 13 November 1993 under the auspices of the NHGli and WHEREAS, it is necessary to focus national attention on the vital role played by the hog raising sector in accelerating the development of the livestock industry. NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V.
