DECLARING WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 18, 2002, AS A SPECIAL NON- WORKING DAY IN THE CITY OF TUGUEGARAO

WHEREAS, the City of Tuguegarao was created on December 18, 1999, by virtue of Republic Act No. 8755;

WHEREAS, Wednesday, December 18, 2002, marks the 3 Charter Day anniversary of the City of Tuguegarao;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tuguegarao be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book |, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Wednesday, December 18, 2002, as a special non-working day in the City of Tuguegarao.
