/Uf/t! 9lJ PMS LIBRARY MAlACANANG Manila' , BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE 'PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 29 DECLARING THE PERIOD FROM SEPTEMBER AS "PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT WEEK" 7 TO 13, 1992, WHEREAS, the Production anagement Association of the Philippines (PROMAP) is a non-profit, non-partisan, and non-stock organization established and committed to promote industrial development through better.and efficient manage- ment of the production system; WHEREAS, PROMAP will hold its 1992 Production Management Convention on September 10 to 11, 1992, in Manila with thetheme: "TARGET: TRANSFORMING THE PHILIPPINES INTO A WORLDCLASS MANUFACTURER"; WHEREAS, there is a need to focus national attention on the important role production executive play in the deve- lopment of our economy; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare the period from September 7 to 13, 1992, as "Production Management Week."
