PROCLAMATION N®. 29

DECLARING MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 27, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NAVAL, PROVINCE OF

BILIRAN

WHEREAS, September 26, 2010, marks the 150" year anniversary as a municipality of the Municipality of Naval, Province of Biliran;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the Municipality of Naval, Biliran celebrate the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that Monday, September 27, 2010 be declared as special non-working day instead of September 26, 2010, which falls on a Sunday;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Naval, Province of Biliran, be given full opportunity te celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Monday, September 27, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Naval, Province of Biliran.
