DECLARING FRIDAY, 16 SEPTEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LOS BANOS,

PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, Saturday, 17 September 2016, marks the 401" Foundation Day Municipality of Los Bafios, Laguna, i

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the Municipality of Los Bafios, Laguna celebrate the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that Friday, 16 September 2016, be.declared as a special non-working day instead of 17 September 2016, which falls on a Saturday; :

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of: the Municipality of Los Baflos, Laguna be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C, MEDIALDEA, Executive

Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO R. DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 16 September 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Los Bafios, Laguna.
