BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 290

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE CORDOVA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY CORDOVA, MUNICIPALITY OF AMULUNG, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL- ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition, settlement and reserve for school site purposes under the administration of the Department of Education a parcel of land situated in Barangay Cordova, Municipality of Amulung, Province of Cagayan, Island of Luzon, which parcel is more particularly described as follows:

Lot 957-A, Csd-2-01-005547 (Cordova National High School)

A PARCEL OF LAND, (Lot 957-A, Csd-2-01-005547), situated in the Cordova, Municipality of Amulung, Province of Cagayan, Island of Luzon.

Bounded of the SE., along line 1-2 by Lot 957-B of the subdivision plan; on the SW., along line 2-3 by Lot 957-B and existing road; on the NW., along line 3-4; on the NE., and SE., along lines 4-5-1 by Lot 957-B, of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being identical to BBM No. 40, IPD-77, thence:

S. 01° 28’ W., 380.20 m. to point 2; N. 70° 13’ W., 245.46 m. to point 3; N. 01° 28’ E., 390.34 m. to point 4; S. 879 44’ E., 234.09 m. to point 5; S. 01° 28’ W., 83.98 m. to point of

beginning, containing an area of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND (100,000) SQUARE METERS.

The area covered by the reservation shall be under the administrative jurisdiction, supervision and control of the Department of Education, Region 2, which shall be responsible in maintaining the usefulness of the area as a place and institution of learning.
