BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 291

DECLARING FRIDAY, 15 SEPTEMBER 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BULACAN

WHEREAS, Friday, 15 September 2017, marks the celebration of the 119" anniversary of the inauguration of the Malolos Congress in the Province of Bulacan; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Bulacan, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO R. DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 15 September 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Bulacan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
