DECLARING TUESDAY, AUGUST 30, 1988, Ac a SPECIaL HULIvAY iN SAN JUAN, METRO MANILA.

WHbRbAS, the 9énd anniversary of the "Battle of Pinaglabanan", an important event in our struggle for freedom, falls on August 40, 1988;

WHEREAS, said historical event is of special significance to the residents of san Juan, Metro Manila; and

WHeRiaAS, the people of San duan should be afforded an opportunity to celebrate the occasion with fitting ceremonies; .

NOW, THERGYORE, I, COKALUN C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Tuesday, August 30, 1988, as a special holiday in San Juan, Metro Manila, in commemoration of the 92nd anniversary of the "Battle of Pinaglabanan",

IN WITNESS WHEREOY, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Nepublic of the Philippines to be affixed.
