RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement, and reserve for school site purposes of San Roque Elementary School, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of landof the public domain situated at Barangay San Roque, Munici- pality of Penablanca, Province of Cagayan, and more parti- cularly described as follows, to wit: A par.cel of land of Lot No. 3578, Pls-793 as surveyed for LITTO SCHOOL SITE, situated in the barrio of Litto now San Roque, Municipality of Penablanca, Province of Cagayan, Island of Luzon. Beginning at a" point marked "1" of plan being N. 30 deg.
