ftttN 770( .- MALACANANG Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 293 REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 310, S. 1938, WHICH RESERVED CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN FOR GOVERNMENT CENTER SITE PURPOSES SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GLAN, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO, AND DECLARING THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN OPEN FOR DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT, AS AMENDED Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of thePhilippines, do hereby revoke Proclamation No. 310, Series of 1938, which reserved certain parcels of land of the public domain for government center site purposes situated in the Municipality of Glan, Province of SouthCotabato, Island of Mindanao, and declare the land embraced therein open for disposition under the provisions of the Public Land Act, as amended.
