BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 293

DECLARING MONDAY, 04 SEPTEMBER 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MONKAYO, PROVINCE OF COMPOSTELA VALLEY

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Monkayo, Compostela Valley marks the celebration of its 63° Foundation Day and the 22” Kariyawan Festival on Monday, 04 September 2017; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Monkayo, Compostela Valley, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in these occasions with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 04 September 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Monkayo, Province of Compostela Valley.
