BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 293

DECLARING TUESDAY, 15 AUGUST 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF VIGA, PROVINCE OF CATANDUANES

WHEREAS, on 15 August 2023, Tuesday, the Municipality of Viga, Province of Catanduanes will mark the celebration of the Araw ng Viga;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Viga be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 15 August 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Viga, Province of Catanduanes.
