• MALACANANG Manila MFA) 17, BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 294 AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 31, SERIES OF 1920 WHICH RESERVED CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE GLAN CENTRAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GLAN, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO, BY INCLUDING IN ITS OPERATION LOT NOS. 258 AND 259, RS-1453 Upon the recommendation of the secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by the powers vested in me by law,I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 31, series of 1920 which reserved certain parcels of land for school site purposes of the GlanCentral Elementary School situated in the Municipality ofGlan, Province of South Cotabato, Island of Mindanao, and include in its operation Lot Nos. 258 and 259, Rs-1453, which arcels of land are more particularly described as follows: Lot No. 258, Rs-l453 (Glan School Site) A PARCEL OF LAND, Lot No. 258, Rs-1453, situated in the Barrio of poblacion, Municipality of Glan, Province of SouthCotabato, Island of Mindanao. Beginning at a point marked "1" of Lot 258, Rs-1453, being N. 51-12 E., 147.97 m. from Pls-490-D, thence: No 48-15 E.
