BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 294

DECLARING FRIDAY, 18 AUGUST 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF KIDAPAWAN, PROVINCE OF COTABATO

WHEREAS, on 18 August 2023, Friday, the City of Kidapawan, Province of Cotabato will mark the celebration of its 76 Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Kidapawan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 18 August 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Kidapawan, Province of Cotabato.
