DECLARING MAULAWIN SPRING WATERSHED FOREST RESERVE SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY GUINAYANGAN, PROVINCE OF QUEZON AS A PROTECTED AREA PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT 7586 (NIPAS ACT OF 1992) AND SHALL BE KNOWN AS MAULAWIN SPRING PROTECTED LANDSCAPE

Upon recommendation of the Secretary, of Environment and Natural Resources. and pursuant to the powers vested upon me by law, 1, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA President of the Philippines, do hereby set aside and declare Maulawin Spring Watershed Forest Reserve consisting of a parcel of land situated in the Municipality of Guinayangan, Province of Quezon as Protected Area under the category of Protected Landscape, subject to private rights if any, and without prejudice to the right of indigenous people as prescribed under R. A. No. 8371, DENR Administrative Order 93-02 and other related rules and regulations. as described in DENR NIPAS Map RO4A-18:
