DECLARING MONDAY, DECEMBER 2, 2002, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN PASAY CITY
WHEREAS. Monday, December 2, 2002, marks the 139" Foundation Day Anniversary of Pasay City,
WHEREAS. it is fitting that the residents of Pasay City be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Monday, December 2, 2002, asa special day in Pasay City.
