MALACANANG MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHiliPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 297 DECLARING MONDAY, NOVEMBER 15, 1993, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO WHEREAS, Monday, November 15, 1993, marks the 43rd Foundation Anniversary of the Province of Oriental Mindoro; WHEREAS, the residents of the Province of Oriental Mindoro desire to celebrate with fitting ceremonies this event in their province's history; NOW, THEREFORE, I, TEOFISTO T. GUINGONA, JR., Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Monday, November 15, 1993, as a special day in the Province of Oriental Mindoro.
