DECLARING THE LAGONOY WATERSHED FOREST RESERVE SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LAGONOY, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR AS A PROTECTED AREA PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT 7586 (NIPAS ACT OF 1992) AND SHALL BE KNOWN AS LAGONOY NATURAL BIOTIC AREA

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the powers vested upon me by law. I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines. do hereby set aside and declare Lagonoy Watershed Forest Reserve consisting of a parcel of land situated in Barangay Agosais, Municipality of Lagonoy, Province of Camarines Sur. Island of Luzon as Protected Area under the category of Natural Biotic Area, subject to private rights and without prejudice to the rights of the Indigenous Peoples as provided for in R. A. No. 8371, DENR Administrative Order 93-02 and other related rules and regulations. if any, as described in DENR Map No. 9:

Beginning at point marked “1” on the map being identical to N 30°00 W, 3,700 m. from MBM. No. 4+ of Lagonoy Camarines Sur.
