MALACANAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 298 DECLARING THURSDAY, 8 DECEMBER 2011, AS A SPECIAL (NON­ WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TAGUIG WHEREAS, the City of Taguig marks the celebration of its Foundation Day anniversary on Thursday , 8 December 2011; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Taguig be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies . NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Thursday, 8 December 2011 , as a special (non-working) day in the City of Taguig.
