MfNl~(, MALACANA~ Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 299 DECLARING THURSDAY, DECEMBER 2, 1993, AS A SPECIAL DAY -IN PASAY CITY WHEREAS, Thursday, December 2, 1993, marks the 130th anniversary of pasay City; WHEREAS, it is fitting that the residents of City be given full opportunity to celebrate the with appropriate ceremonies; pasayoccasion NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Codeof 1987, do hereby declare Thursday, December 2, 1993, as a special day in pasay City.
