MAKING PUBLIC TW CONVENTION oF PARTS FOR MIE PROTECTION OF INDUSUAIAL PROPERTY OF 2OTH MARCH, 1833, REVISED AT BRUSSELS ON 14TR DECEMBER, 1900, AT WASHIYOTOT on 2ND JUNE, 1911, AT THE HAGUE ON 6TH NOVEMBER, 1925, AT LORDOW Oi 2ND JUNE, 1934, AND AD LISBON GN 3187 OCMBER, 1958.

WHEREAS, the representatives to the Diploms\jic Conference which took place at Lisbon from Sth to Slst October, 1952, made certain modifications and additions to the International Convention of 20th March, 1834, establishing the International Union for the Protection of industrial Property, revised at Brussels on 1*th Deceuber, 1960, at Washington on 2nd June, 1911, at The Hague on orh November, 1925, and at London on end June, 1954;

WHEREAS, the Senate of the Philippines, ny its Resolution No. 69, adopted on flay 10, 1965, concurred in the adheronce to the Convention and its modifications and additions in accordarce with the Constitution of the Philiopines;

WhERZas, the Instrument of Adherence by the Philippines to the Convention was deposited with the Swiss Government on August 11, 1965; and

WHEREAS, the Philippines became a party te the Convention on Septemher 27, 1945;

TOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. ilARCOS, bresitiéwl of the Poilippines, by virtue of the powers vested in se by law, do hereby declare that ssid Convention be made public to the end that the same and every articl= sud clause thereof May be observed and fulfilled with »00a isiéh by the Republic of the Philippines and citizen thereof.
