DECLARING MONDAY, FEBRUARY 12, 2001, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN ‘THE CITY OF KIDAPAWAN

WHEREAS, Monday, February 12, 2001, marks the 3rd Foundation Day anniver- sary of the City of Kidapawan;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of Kidapawan be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history with appropriate ceremonics;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book J, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Monday, February 12, 2001, as a special day in the City of Kidapawan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hercunto sct my hand and caused the scal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
