PROCLAMATION NO. 03

DECLARING THURSDAY, 14 JULY 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GUIHULNGAN, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, on 14 July 2022, Thursday, the City of Guihulngan, Province of Negros Oriental, will mark the celebration of its Charter Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Guihulngan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, VICTOR D. RODRIGUEZ, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 14 July 2022, a special (non-working) day in the City of Guihulngan.
