EXTENDING ONCE MORE THE PERIOD OF TuR FOURTH SPECIAL SESSION OF THE FIRST CONGRESS OF THE PHILIP- PINES

By virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitu- : I, SERGIO OSMENA, President of the Philippines, do - hereby extend the period of the Fourth Special Session of he First Congress of the Philippines up to and including ~ the twelfth day of December, in the year of Our Lord, ‘nineteen hundred and forty-five, for the purpose of con- Sidering the enactment of legislation of the nature spe- eified in Proclamation No, 25, as amended by Proclamation. No. 25, dated December 3, 1945, and by Proclamation No. 29, dated December 8, 1945, and such other hatters as may be submitted thereto by the President of the Philippines. nd

All persons entitled to sit as members of the Congress of the Philippines are requested to take notice of this proclamation.
