DECLARING FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 12, 1986, AS A NON-WURKING SPECIAL PUBLIC HULIDAY IN LHE Cry OF CAVITE

ae ., - WHEREAS, September 12, 1986 marks the 90th Death Anniversary of the XIII Martyrs;

WHEREAS, September 12, 1986 falls within the "Linggo ng Lungsod" week celebrated every year to commemorate the conver-

sion of the Municipality to a chartered city which ts held from September 7 to September 14; and

WHEREAS, the residents of Cavite City should be given the . opportunity to celebrate these two commemorative events with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINU, President n of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Friday, September 12, 1986, as a non-working special public holiday in the City of Cavite.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
