VALENCIA FOUNDATION, CONDUCT A NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN FOR ANOTHER FROM SEPTEMBER 1, 1992 TO AUGUS~ 31, 1993 INC., TO YEAR, WHEREAS, the Teodoro F. Valencia Foundation, Inc., was authorized under Proclamation No. 621, s. 1990, to conduct a national fund campaign up to June 20, 1991; WHEREAS, the Teodoro F. Valencia Foundation, Inc., needs additional time to raise mor~ funds for its laudable goal; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of thePhilippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the Teodoro F. Valenia Foundation, Inc., to conduct a national fund campqign for another year, from September 1, 1992 to August 31, 1993. For this purpose, all donatios, bequests and gifts re- ceived by the Teodoro F. Valencia Foundationt Inc., for the implementation of its programs and activities shall'be en- titled to all the tax exemption and deductibility benefits provided in the appropriate provisions of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended, and its implementing rules and regulations.
