BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 30

DECLARING THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 30, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF MASBATE

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Masbate was declared as a component city of the Province of Masbate by virtue of R.A. 8807 dated September 30, 2000;

WHEREAS, Thursday, September 30, 204C, marks the 10" Cityhood Anniversary of the City of Masbate:

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the City of Masbate, the opportunity to celebrate the occasion, it is but fiting and proper to declare September 30, 2010 as speciai non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHO vR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINS Il, do hereby declare Thursday, September 30, 2010, as special (non-working} day in Masbate City.
