BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 30

DECLARING MONDAY, 19 SEPTEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TACURONG :

WHEREAS, the City of Tacurong marks its 16" Cityhood Anniversary and Talakudong Festival 2016 on Sunday, 18 September 2016,

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Tacurong celebrate the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that Monday, 19 September 2016, be declared as a special non-working day instead of 18 September 2016, which falls on a Sunday;

_ WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tacurong be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. /

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO R. DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 19 September 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Tacurong.
