BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 300

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 7, 1988, AS A SPHCI4L HOLIDsY IN Thi CITY OF BAIS.

WHEREAS, wednesday, September 7, 1988, marks the 2Oth anniversary of the City Charter of Eais City; and

WHEREAS, the people of Bais City should be afforded the opportunity to celebrate this milestote in their city's history with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORALON C. AQUIKO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare wednesday, September 7, 1988, 88 a special holiday in Bais City.

IN wWITKESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republie of the Philippines to be affixed.
